1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website inyofits.top (the “Site”) operated by Plenty Bay international trading Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), a company duly incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), as well as the ordering, transaction, and related services of apparel products (“Goods”) through the Site.

1.2 By using the Site, registering an account, submitting an order, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Amended Terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to register an account and make purchases. When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and keep it updated.

2.2 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account name and password, and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account, particularly in cases of fraud, infringement, or violation of these Terms.

3. Product Information and Pricing

3.1 Product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and other information on the Site are for reference only. Due to monitor differences and lighting conditions, minor variations from the actual Goods may occur. The Company ensures that the core characteristics of the Goods conform to their descriptions.

3.2 Prices displayed on the Site are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), inclusive of applicable taxes (if any), but exclusive of delivery charges. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, and the price prevailing at the time of order confirmation shall apply.

3.3 In the event of a pricing error caused by system malfunction, supplier price adjustment, or other reasons, the Company reserves the right to reject or cancel the relevant order and refund any amounts already paid in full.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which the Company may accept or reject. An order is considered formally concluded only after the Company issues a confirmation email/SMS.

4.2 After order confirmation, you may complete payment using the payment methods supported on the Site (including credit cards, e-wallets, etc.). The Company will arrange for delivery only after full payment has been received.

4.3 If an order cannot be fulfilled due to payment failure, incorrect information, stock unavailability, or other reasons, the Company will notify you and process a refund. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, subject to the processing timeline of the relevant payment institution.

4.4 Once an order is confirmed and paid for, it may not be cancelled or modified except as otherwise provided in these Terms or agreed by the Company.

5. Delivery and Handover

5.1 The Company offers delivery services within Hong Kong and to certain overseas destinations. Delivery charges, estimated timeframes, and covered areas are as published on the Site.

5.2 Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon your signature confirming receipt. Before such handover, the Company bears the risk of loss or damage to the Goods.

5.3 If delivery fails due to reasons not attributable to the Company, such as an incorrect address provided by you or no one being available to accept delivery, any additional delivery costs shall be borne by you.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) of Hong Kong, if the Goods have quality defects or materially do not conform to their description, you may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

6.2 For returns or exchanges initiated for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, dissatisfaction with style, change of mind), the Company offers a 7-day return/exchange service, subject to the following conditions:

– The Goods must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact;

– No stains, damage, deformation, or signs of human damage;

– Excluded items include discounted Goods, underwear, other intimate apparel, and items expressly marked “non-returnable”.

6.3 Return/exchange requests must be submitted through the Site’s customer service channel. After approval by the Company, you must send back the Goods in accordance with the provided instructions.

6.4 For approved returns, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after the Company receives and inspects the Goods. For exchanges, replacement Goods will be dispatched after inspection, and relevant shipping costs shall be borne as set out on the Site.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, videos, trademarks, and code, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) of Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, commercially use, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without the Company’s prior written permission.

7.3 By uploading comments, images, or other content to the Site, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for purposes including but not limited to business promotion.

8. User Obligations

8.1 When using the Site, you must comply with the laws of Hong Kong and these Terms, and you shall not engage in any of the following:

– Posting false, defamatory, obscene, violent, unlawful, or infringing content;

– Interfering with the normal operation of the Site, including hacking, virus attacks, or crawling;

– Impersonating another person, fraudulent transactions, malicious ordering, or malicious returns/exchanges;

– Any other conduct that harms the legitimate rights and interests of the Company or any third party.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 The Company endeavours to keep the Site stable and secure, but does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. The Company shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by force majeure, system maintenance, third-party service failures, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of the Site or any transaction, including loss of profits or business interruption.

9.3 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the actual transaction amount of the relevant order.

10. Privacy Protection

10.1 The Company collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. For details, please refer to the Site’s Privacy Policy.

10.2 The Company uses your personal information only for necessary purposes such as order fulfilment, customer service, and marketing, and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site and transactions conducted through it, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 These Terms are written in both English and Chinese. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
